WHITE SAUCE:
2 TB butter
2 cups milk
2 TB flour
salt and pepper
LOAF:
1 tall can salmon
8 whole soda crackers
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
*Make a thin sauce with the white sauce ingredients.
*Put the salmon in a bowl. Crumble salmon and the soda crackers.
*Beat 2 eggs and add to salmon mixture. Mix well. Put half of the white sauce in a loaf pan and all but a little of salmon mixture, mix the remainder together with the left over white sauce and place it on top of the rest of the salmon
*Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
