2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup applesauce
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
*Combine dry ingredients together. Cream margarine and brown sugar until well blended. Beat eggs into mixture. Add vanilla.
*Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and blend. Fold in applesauce, chocolate chips and nuts.
*Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven.
