1 German Choc. cake mix
50 Caramels
1c. Choc. chips
1c. Pecans
2/3 c.Evaporated milk
3/4 c.butter

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine caramels and 1/3c. evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Set aside.
In larege bowl combine cake mix, butter and 1/3 c. milk.Stir by hand until mixture holds together. Grease and flour 9"x 13" pan. Press half of this batterinto pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6minutes. Sprinkle choc. chips and chopped pecans overbaked batter. Spread caramel mixture over chips. Spread remainder of batter over caramel. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool slightly. Refrigerat about 30 mins. to set caramel layer. Cut into bars.
