2 cans condensed Campbells cream of potato soup (10.5 oz.)
2 cups sour cream, 16 ounces
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 onion, finely diced or grated
32 oz frozen hashbrown potatoes (can use Potato Obrien's)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease or spray a 9x13 baking dish.

In large bowl mix soup, sour cream, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Add frozen potatoes and cheddar cheese to soup mixture and mix well. Pour in prepared pan and top with parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered 1 hour or until bubbly and light brown.
