1¼ cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
2 tsps. lemon juice
5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pan, boil water, add sugar and lemon juice. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Add berries; cook about 15 minutes until berries float to the top and the juice is a nice dark color. Combine cornstarch with a little water and add to thicken the berries. Remove from heat and cool before making into a pie.
