3 cups tapioca starch
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
salt
3 TB shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F.
On a blender, add together all: the eggs, oil, milk, tapioca, salt and cheese until well mixed
In a muffin tin, put líquid only half of the volume.
Bake until golden, approximately 20 min. Eat them hot or warm!

These are the soft, hollow cheese bread. They are better when they are hot/warm. You can reheat in a toaster.
