1 head finely chopped cabbage
3 T. toasted sesame seeds
3 T. toasted sliced almonds
1 pkg chicken flavor Top Ramon
3 T. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 chopped green onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Break up Top Ramen and spread on cookie sheet. Add seeds (not almonds). Toast and cool. (Burns easily!) Combine cabbage and onions. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning package. Use with spinach and mandarin oranges; or, for Chinese Chicken Salad, add chicken and sesame seed oil and pea pods.
