2 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach
2 c prepared stuffing mix
1 large onion, chopped fine
3 eggs well beaten
3/4 c grated parmesean cheese
2-3 dashes in hot sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c margarine, melted.

Directions:
Cook spinach as directed. Drain and chop fine. While spinach is draining, mix remaining ingredients. Add spinach and mix thoroughly. Chill several hours and shape into balls. Freeze at least one hour. When ready to server, place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
