Kebbeh:
2 cans pumpkin (425g each)
300 g (2cups) Burghul
2 Teaspoons salt
1/2 tsp all spice

Filling:
2 large onions sliced
5 cups green spinach (or 1 can squeezed)
1 can garbanzo beans
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sumac

Browned sesame for topping

Kebbeh:
Mix all ingredients in food processor add a little water to form dough if needed

Filling;
Sauté onion until slightly browned add spinach and sautéed until water evaporates add salt sumac and garbanzo beans


Oil 2 8x8 pans spread a layer of kebbeh spread filling and spread another layer of kebbeh smooth top with water sprinkle sesame on top cut into pieces add oil on top
Bake in 375 oven for 45min
