Version 1:
2 lb. hamburger
1 ½ lb. ground pork
2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbls. liquid smoke
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbls. Weber hamburger seasoning




Version 2:
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. Weber hamburger seasoning
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
1 Tbls. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic in jar







Version 3:
1 lb. hamburger
1½ lb. ground pork
2 tsp. Weber hamburger seasoning
2 eggs
⅔ cup V-8 juice
2 Tbls. minced onion
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal


Version 4:
1½ lb. ground pork
2 lb. ground beef

Mix together and add to meat
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix
3 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
salt/pepper to taste

If mixture seems too dry, add more milk
