Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 pound 85% lean ground beef
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion power
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Italian bread crumbs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Your favorite marinara sauce - homemade or bought. Don't be stingy. I'd suggest the equivalent of 2 jars.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a broiler-safe 9x13-inch pan.

Starting with the meat, add all the seasonings and ingredients except save some of the marinara sauce and all of the mozzarella cheese to top it with later.

Transfer mixture to prepared dish and shape into a 9x5-inch oval. Pour sauce over meatloaf.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Uncover, drain some of the grease off and top with the mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.

Let rest 10 minutes. Slice meatloaf and sprinkle with basil if desired.
