2 large eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 t. each of garlic salt, black pepper and paprika
oil for frying
1 1/2 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together eggs and milk. Whisk seasonings. Dip shrimp in egg then seasonings. Fry about 2 minutes in hot oil.
