4 large sweet potatoes
2 c. cranberries, fresh
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. melted butter
1/3 c. orange juice

Topping:
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
3 T. cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Place sweet potatoes in pot of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 20-30 minutes until tender. Cool, peel and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Mix cranberries, brown sugar, butter and orange juice. Fold in sweet potatoes. Cover and bake 30 minutes.

Mix first 3 ingredients for topping. Cut in the cold butter. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
