1 beef flank steak (1 lb)
1 onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 sandwich buns, split

Directions:
Directions:
Place the meat in a slow cooker; top with the onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Combine the barbecue sauce and the Italian seasoning; pour over the meat and vegetables.
Cook for 5 hours on high (or on low for 8 to 10 hours).
Remove the meat from the slow cooker; shred with a fork. (Or, cut across the grain into thin strips.)
Return the meat to the slow cooker; stir gently to evenly coat with the sauce.
Place 1 bun half on a serving plate; top with 1/4 of the meat mixture. Repeat for each bun half.
