Ingredients:  
⅓ to ½ c gochujang (hot pepper sauce/concentrate)
⅓ c brown sugar
3 T soya sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ginger (powder or paste)
1 tsp garlic (powder or minced)
optional add ons - 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1-2 Tbsp oyster sauce
Add 2 tsp cornstarch (for stir fries)


If using in stir fry, either vegetarian or with beef, chicken or pork, add cornstarch to sauce ingredients and pour over vegetables and cooked meat in frying pan. Heat well after adding sauce, stirring constantly.
