1 can ready-to-bake biscuit dough (8 pieces)
8 oz. Wheel of Brie, divided into quarter-ounce bits
Flour as needed
Powdered Sugar, as needed
Blackberry Sauce r favorite Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Cut one piece of the biscuit dough into four equal parts. (About 32).
Wrap each part around a quarter-ounce of Brie, than lightly roll dough ball in flour and place onto baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and place into freezer, until ready to cook. Using a deep fryer or heavy-bottom pot, bring oil to a temperature of 350º.

Fry each ball for about 4 minutes before placing onto a plate with a napkin to absorb oil.

Drizzle with favorite sauce (blackberry or raspberry) and dust with powdered sugar.
