2 to 2 ½ lb. Baby Back Pork Ribs
Salt and Pepper.

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
¼ c Onion, finely chopped
½ teas. Ground Cumin
½ c Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Sriracha

1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
If the ribs still have the thin membrane covering the back of the rack, remove it.
Season both sides of ribs with salt and pepper. If using a rub, add now.
Place ribs, meat side up, into a roasting pan (may have to cut ribs in half).
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 275 for about 3 hours.

Make BBQ sauce by sautéing onions in oil until translucent and stirring in additional ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes. Set aside in preparation to coat ribs when they are finished.

Remove ribs from oven and generously brush both sides with BBQ sauce.

Either broil ribs or grill to caramelize sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
(The membrane will become tough when cooked)

To remove, use a knife to gently slide under the membrane, then using your fingers, pull the membrane away from the bones. If slippery or difficult to remove, use a kitchen towel to take hold of it and pull.
