2 c Flour
¾ c cold Butter
1 c Pecans, chopped
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c Powdered Sugar
1 c Cool Whip
3 c Milk
2 pkg. instant Chocolate Pudding
2 c heavy Whipping Cream, whipped
1/2 cup slivered Almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cut butter in flour until crumbly, stir in pecans.
Press in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake until lightly brown. (About 15 minutes.)

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, fold in cool whip and spread over crust.

Whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.

Gently spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with whipped cream.

Sprinkle with almonds.

Refrigerate until cold.
