1 pkg. 8-9 oz. Corn Puffs
1 c Butter (2 sticks)
1 c Brown Sugar
½ c Light Corn Syrup
2 teas. Vanilla
1 teas. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º

Bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to boil. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Mixture will foam up.
pour over puff corn and toss gently to fully coat.
Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Break apart and store at room temperature in airtight container.
