1 box Yellow Cake Mix
Ingredients on box to make cake (usually eggs and oil)
15 oz. Can Mandarin Oranges, drained

Frosting:
16 oz. Container Cool Whip
15 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple with juice
15 oz. Can Mandarin Oranges drained, to lay on top
3..4 oz. Pkg. Instant vanilla Pudding Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat 9x13 cake pan with nonstick spray.
Prepare cake batter according to mix directions.
Add the drained mandarin oranges.

Bake in prepared dish for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.

Make topping with cool whip, vanilla pudding and pineapple mixed together.
Spread evenly on top of cooled cake.
Top with mandarin orange slices.

Cover and chill.
