6 cups green cabbage finely shredded
4 cups purple cabbage finely shredded
2 cup carrot finely shredded
dressing
1 cup mayonnaise/dressing
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon celery seeds
can also add chopped jalapeno & or habinero
cayenne & habinero & salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Toss with cabbage & carrots. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
