2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, halved
6 bacon strips, chopped
2 T. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 T. balsamic glaze
Glaze:
½ c. balsamic vinegar
½ c, honey
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking sheet. Roast, stirring halfway through cooking, until sprouts are tender and lightly browned, 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze; serve warm.
For glaze: In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, honey and salt; cook and stir over low heat until blended, 2-3 minutes. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir just until mixture begins to thicken slightly (do not overcook), 4-6 minutes. Remove from heat.
