1½ pounds frouncesen shrimp
2 pounds sliced mushrooms
4 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion
salt
pepper
2 fresh tomatoes
½ cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons flour
½ cup croutons
¼ cup sherry
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté mushrooms in butter, add diced tomatoes and onions. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Mix cream with flour to smooth paste, add to mixture. Season with sherry and seasoning. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir shrimp into sauce and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle croutons on top and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
