1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla


FILLING:
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

Topping:
Melt butter, add other ingredients and cook (boil)
for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla. Stir and cool

Filling:
Mix pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip.
In 9 x 13 pan put layer of whole crackers then layer
some pudding mix alternately with crackers until you have 3 layers. (Start & end with crackers)
Pour topping on top & refrigerate until cold.

It is better on the 2nd day!! Good, Good, Good! Served with a kiss! Make topping first and cool.
