3 parts Cinnamon
2 parts Ginger
1 part Cardamom
1 part Chicory
1 part Pink Peppercorns
1 part Star Anise
1 part Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all spices in a clean glass container. You can make as much or as little as you want using the ratio above.

To brew a cup of tea place 2 teaspoons of tea into a filter or mesh ball and steep in 212° water for 5 minutes.

If brewing it to serve iced, then brew it a bit stronger, about 3 teaspoons, to account for the ice melting a bit and watering it down.
