Ingredients:  
3-4 cups chopped Broccoli. ( 2 bunches)
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup diced celery, opt.
6 -12 slices bacon (depending on thickness)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries( opt)
1/4 cup diced provolone cheese ( opt)

Dressing:
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/3 cup sugar
2 T white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until just crisp. Drain and crumble. Set aside.

Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Wash and cut up broccoli into bite size pieces. Add to medium bowl, with onions and celery. Add crisp bacon crumbles and sunflower seeds. Gently fold in dressing. Add optional ingredients if desired.
