1# fresh Strawberries, halved
1# fresh baby Spinach

Dressing:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
2T. Sesame Seed
1T. Poppy Seed
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1&1/2 tsp. Minced Onion
S&P
1/2 c- 1&1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from Spinach, if necessary and wash and dry. Tear into small pieces and add to a large salad bowl with the 1/2’d Strawberries.
Add first 6 ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend well and add S&P to taste.
Add oil slowly into the dressing and then blend on low 30 minutes.
Drizzle over salad and toss gently.
( I don’t blend it that long as blender gets too hot. Just make sure sugar is dissolved and it’s fine)
