2 lbs cubed pork
1T minced garlic
1/4 t pepper
3T flour
2 cups diced tomatoes or 1 14 oz can
1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
1 cup water
2 1/2 cups diced green chiles or 2 larger cans
2 cups diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

You can use 1 large can green chiles and a jar of Hatch salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and onion with garlic and pepper in soup pot and flour and continue to brown. Add remaining ingredients stir and simmer for and hour before adjusting flavors. This a thin chili if you want it thicker add 4-5 T of flour and reduce water.
