1½ lb spicy or sweet Italian sausage, casings removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion, (1cup), halved and thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 28-oz can plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 15-oz can, rinsed and drained cannellini beans
2 cups, halved crosswise, cooked green beans
¼ cup pitted kalamata olives
½ cup, chopped basil

In a 12-inch skillet heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high. Add sausage in a single layer. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally.

Drain sausage, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings. Return sausage to skillet.

Stir in onion and garlic. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 6 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasinally.

Add undrained tomatoes and cannellini beans. Season with ¼ tsp salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in green beans and olives. Cover; simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Stir in basil.
