1 POUND CHICKEN-BONELESS/SKINLESS CUT INTO 1 INCH CUBES (CAN USE WHITE OR DARK MEAT)
2 CARROTS SLICED DIAGONALLY, CUT INTO 1/4 INCH PIECES
1 PACKAGE FROZEN BROCCOLI FLORETS-THAWED
3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1 TSP. BASIL
1 POUND ANGEL HAIR PASTA
1/2 CUP ROMANO CHEESE
2/3 CUP CHICKEN BROTH

COOK CUT CHICKEN IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL DONE, REMOVE FROM PAN.
COOK CARROTS AND GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL. ADD BROCCOLI AT THE END WHEN CARROTS ARE COOKED THROUGH. COOK PASTA. WHILE PASTA IS COOKING, ADD CHICKEN BROTH, BASIL AND ROMANO CHEESE TO VEGETABLE MIXTURE IN PAN. STIR TO COMBINE AND ADD CHICKEN AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. DRAIN PASTA-TOP WITH CHICKEN AND VEGGIE MIXTURE.
