For 1½-2 lbs boneless chicken
⅓ cup avocado or olive oil
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
1 T chopped fresh cilantro
2 t chili powder
2 t garlic powder
1 t dried oregano
1 t ground cumin
1 t salt
½ t black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a 1 gallon freezer bag. Mix well. Add chicken and marinade for 2-24 hours. Grill or bake

May freeze for up to 3 months
