For 1½-2 lbs chicken

⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 T dijon mustard
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except chicken to a 1 gallon freezer bag, seal and shake to mix. Add chicken to marinade. Place bag in refrigerator for 2-24 hours. Grill or bake.

May Freeze for up to 3 months to cook at a later date
