For 1½-2 lbs chicken breasts

⅓ cup peanut or avocado oil
⅓ cup rice vinegar (not "seasoned")
¼ cup soy sauce
3 T honey
1 t sesame oil
¼ t black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and pepper to a gallon-sized freezer bag, seal, and shake. Add chicken to the bag, seal and squish around to cover in marinade. Place bag in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs and up to 24. Cook chicken by grilling, slow cooker or bake.

Freeze chicken in marinade for up to 3 months
