4 pork chops
1 1/2 lb yellow potatoes
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4oz cream cheese
1/2 c chicken broth
3/4 c parmesan cheese
1 tbs italian seasoning
1 tsp crushed red peppers flakes
sea salut and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the potatoes in crockpot sprinkle with cracked pepper
heat oil on medium heat add garlic and sauce for 1 minute
add heat cream, cream cheese, and chicken broth
bring to a simmer and heat on low for 10 minutes
lower heat and whisk in parmesan cheese little by little until smooth and add italian seasoning

season pork chops with oil and brown on both sides and place on top of potatoes

pour sauce over and cook on low for 6-8 hours
