3-4 lbs apples, peeled and sliced into wedges
2 T cornstarch
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 t cinnamon
¼ cup butter, melted
2 t lemon juice
1 t vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Add apples and cornstarch to slow cooker. Stir to coat apples. Pour in the brown sugar, sugar and cinnamon, stirring to mix well. Add butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours (don't over cook or they will turn to mush). Stir and serve.
