1. Set oven on bake at 450º.

2. Prepare two pizza crusts as per package instructions. Roll out and spread to
cover your pizza stone, cutting off the excess dough.

as you like.

4. Slice the cooked chicken breast into thin slices and spread on top of the BBQ
Sauce.

5. Sprinkle the diced red onion on the pizza next.

6. Finish off the toppings with the shredded mozzarella cheese. You can add the
optional red pepper flakes at this point, or leave them for individuals to add.

7. Bake on a pizza stone inside the oven for 10-12 minutes. Turn oven to broil and
carefully watch for 1-2 minutes while cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.

Personal Notes:
I like to buy the chicken breasts at the local Coop Deli. They sell the breasts from the leftover rotisserie chickens. You can pick up four breast (two chickens) for about $10.00.
