Thinly sliced Potato (about ¼ inch)
⅓ lb Ground Chuck
2-3 slices Thinly Sliced Onion
Pam cooking spray
Seasoned Salt
2 pats Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray foil sheet lightly with Pam. Layer ingredients in the center of the foil sheet in the following order:

Potato
Spray with Pam; add seasoned salt
Ground chuck
Spray with Pam; add seasoned salt
Onion slices
Butter and seasoned salt

Fold foil over ingredients into a tightly sealed packet. Bake 45 minutes.
