½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1½ cups grated Parmesan or mozzarella cheese, divided
3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Place the chicken breasts evenly into the pan. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Turn the oven to broil and place the pan under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned on top.
Serve immediately.

Seasonings: This is where you can get creative and adapt the recipe to accommodate all the picky eaters in your life! The recipe is written with classic seasonings like garlic powder and seasoned salt, but you can use tons of spices to switch it up! Make it Tex-Mex and use Cumin, make it with a little Italian flair and add Basil or Italian Seasoning, or even add some smoked paprika and cayenne pepper to add a little smoke and heat!
