¼ cup butter, cubed
1½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
3 cups pecan halves
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add cumin and cayenne; cook and stir for 1 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the pecans, sugar and salt; toss and coat.
Spread in a single layer in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
bake at 300º for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Coll and store in an airtight container.
