4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
4 large Honeycrisp or Gala apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
1 cup water
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
½ ground cinnamon
½ raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add water, cinnamon, and lemon to the instant pot and stir to combine.
Add the apples and toss them in the mixture.
Secure the lid and cook on manual (high pressure) for 8 minutes and allow the pressure to release naturally.
Carefully remove the lid and stir the apples with a whisk to break up some chunks. You can put it in a blender if you prefer a smoother texture.
Transfer contents into a bowl and stir in the raisins and more cinnamon if desired.
Enjoy warm or cold. Store it in the fridge for up to 7-10 days.
