Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ lb ground beef or turkey
½ lb ground pork
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ cup dry bread crumbs
2 T minced onion
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Using a cookie scoop for each, shape into 20 meatballs. Place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 7 minutes. Meatballs do not need to be cooked through. They will continue cooking when prepared in sauces. Use immediately or cool and place in a freezer bag and freeze, you can also, freeze in your desired sauce.

I always double this recipe, using 1 pound of the meats is easier for me. Goes well with
Marinara sauce, Swedish meatballs, whenever meatballs are called for.
