1 package Manischewitz cello Vegetable with mushrooms soup mix
1 potato cut into small cubes
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 turnip, diced
1 parsnip, diced
2 large carrots, cut into ½ inch pieces
dill
parsley
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Follow the instructions on the cello package for quantity of water, cooking time and seasonings packet addition.

Add all of the cut up vegetables to the pot.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the parsley and dill the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
