1 loaf French or Texas toast
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup half & half
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 TBS vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter

Directions:

1. Spray 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, half & half, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg.
3. Remove crust from bread & cut into 1 inch cubes.
4. Add bread to egg mixture, toss well until eggs are absorbed.
5. Pour bread mixture into prepared pan.
Topping
1. Mix all topping ingredients in food processor.
2. Spread over bread mixture.
3. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes until top is crispy & center is not wet.
