1 LB GROUND BEEF
1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
1 GREEN PEPPER
2 TSP CHILI POWDER OR TACO SEASONING (I USE TACO SEASONING)
1 1/4 CUP SALSA. (ANY YOU LIKE)
1 - 10 OZ PACKAGE FROZEN CORN
3 TORTILLAS
SOUR CREAM
SHREDDED CHEESE

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 375

8" OR 9" SQUARE BAKING DISH.

BROWN HAMBURGER WITH ONION AND PEPPER IN LARGE SKILLET. DRAIN FAT. STIR IN CHILI POWDER OR TACO SEASONING, IF YOU USE THAT. ADD SALSA AND CORN. MIX WELL AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.

SPREAD 1 CUP MEAT MIXTURE ON BOTTOM OF BAKING DISH. TOP WITH 1 LAYER OF, 1 TORTILLA, 1/2 CUP MEAT SAUCE, SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE. ADD ANOTHER LAYER OF THE SAME STUFF. TOP WITH CHEESE

COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL CASSEROLS IS HEATED THROUGH.
