2 EGGS
1 ROUNDED CUP OF SUGAR
1/2 CUP CORN STARCH
1 SMALL PACKAGE OF VANILLA PUDDING (NOT INSTANT)
1 TSP VANILLA

RECIPE MAKES 2 - 9" PIES

BOTTOM CRUST ONLY, BAKE & COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE PUTTING FILLING IN THE CRUST

IN A BLENDER ADD HALF OF THE MILK ALONG WITH THE EGGS, PUDDING AND CORNSTARCH AND BLEND. BRING THE REMAINING MILK TO A BOIL AND SLOWLY POUR THE PUDDING MIXTURE IN THE BOILING MILK. COOK UNTIL THICK STIRRING CONSTANTLY. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND COOL. BEAT IN VANILLA, SPOON INTO COOKED AND COOLED CRUST AND REFERIGERATE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR.

CHOCOLATE - USE CHOCOLATE PUDDING INSTEAD OF VANILLA - DO NOT USE INSTANT.

COCONUT CREAM - USE 1 CUP ANGEL FLAKE COCONUT PER PIE MIXING IT INTO THE MIXTURE AFTER IT'S COOLED. AND BEFORE SPOONING INTO THE CRUST. REFERIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR BEFOR SERVING

BANANA CREAM - SPOON ABOUT 1 1/2 CUPS OF MIXTURE INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE CRUST. ADD A LAYER OF SLICED BANANAS (1 LARGE OR 2 SMALL) THEN TOP WITH THE OTHER 1 1/2 CUPS OF PUDDING. REFERIGERATE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
