1 CUP SUGAR
3 TBSP INSTANT CLEAR GEL
1 TBSP BUTTER
1 TSP APPLE PIE SPICE OR CINNAMON AND NUTMEG

MAKES 1 - 9" PIE

MIX SUGAR, CLEAR GEL, AND SPICES TOGETHER. FOLD INTO PEACHES. FOLD INTO PREPARED PIE SHELL SPRINKLE A LITTLE MORE SPICE ON TOP AND ADD A 2ND TOP CRUST.

BAKE AT 375 FOR 60 MINUTES
