1 six inch diameter good quality brie cheese wheel
Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
Brown Sugar and Pecans to taste
Eggs white mixed with a bit of water.

Preheat oven to 400º

Cut the Brie wheel in the middle, horizontally, to make two discs. Roll out the sheet of puff pastry somewhat. Put one of the cheese discs in the middle, then add the sugar and pecans. Top with the other cheese disc. Fold up the puff pastry over the disc from four sides, then "pinch" on top to form what looks like a purse. Brush with the egg white/water mixture. Bake for 18 minutes and serve immediately.
