Preheat to 350º. Prepare 9x9 greased baking pan.

Bread:
¾ c warm milk
2½ tsp yeast
¼ c sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
¼ c melted, salted butter
3 c bread flour
¾ tsp salt
½-1 c heavy whipping cream

Filling:
⅔ c dark brown sugar
1½ tbsp cinnamon
¼ c butter

Frosting:
1 stick butter
½ tsp vanilla
1 - 2 c sugar (add til ya like it!)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast on top of milk.
Add sugar, eggs, butter; mix to combine. Stir in flour & salt.
Knead dough until springy, adding flour if needed.
Transfer to well-oiled bowl & cover w/towel.
Prove for 1 hour in warm place, til doubled in size.

Transfer to floured surface & roll to 14x9 ish rectangle.
Spread softened butter over; sprinkle filling on top.
Roll up into a log, making sure ends are tightly tucked.
Slice off ends; cut middle into 9 rolls. Prove in pan 30 min.

Pour heavy cream over top of rolls & sprinkle with more cinnamon.
Bake 20-30 min, checking regularly, until tops are lightly browned.

Beat frosting ingredients, adding sugar as needed for consistency.
Spread over hot baked rolls. Serve immediately.
