*****NOTE**** We made 1/3 this recipe aka 5 eggs, 0.5 cup milk 1/2 tsp seasoning and it came out decent. Below are the normal ingredients.

15 Eggs
1.5 Cup milk
1-2tsp chicken powder or mushroom powder (We used a mushroom umami blend)


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.

Blend all the ingredients together.

Grease a 8x8x2 baking dish (or whatever we used a bread loaf in our 1/3 recipe).

Line the pan with parchment.

Grease parchment.

Add egg mixture to 8x8x2 baking dish and cover in foil

Place cookie sheet baking pan (needs to have a lip) in oven. Place egg baking dish on top of cookie sheet.

Add about 2cups of water to cookie sheet.

Baking 1hr.
