3 cups plus 1 TBS all-purpose flour
1 TBS plus 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
3 cups granulated sugar
15 oz. can of pumpkin
4 large eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup orange juice or water
1 ¼ cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Combine 3 cups flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil, and juice in a large mixer bowl; beat until just blended. Add pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Toss morsels with remaining 1 TBS of flour, then fold morsels into batter. Spoon batter into prepare loaf pans. Bake for 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks completely.
